Confirm arrival/setup/breakdown times

Venue Walk-Thru

Finalize Day-Of Schedule

Finalize décor and floorplan arrangement

Attend Rehearsal Dinner

Run through ceremony activity with all participants

Confirm arrival times/locations with wedding party

Ensure all appropriate parties have coordinator contact info

Coordinating team arrives at venue opening

Venue setup including, but not limited to:

Auxiliary Tables (gift, sign in, dessert, etc.)

Guide event along with as little visibility as possible

Ensure final touches are in place for receiving guests at reception space

Keep event moving according to schedule, making adjustments as necessary and

appropriate.

Ensure issues are escalated up to Coordinating team and NOT wedding party/guests. Assist photographer in gathering photo participants

Facilitate any space transfer as necessary (ceremony space to reception space, etc.)
